There is currently no evidence that Russia has delivered its nuclear weapons to Belarus, but the regime of self-proclaimed Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko is using the issue as a tool of pressure and intimidation, Belarusian opposition leader Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya said in an interview with RBC-Ukraine on Feb. 10.
