Air raid alerts were declared in Kyiv and several Ukrainian regions on Feb. 8, as Ukraine’s Air Force warned of a ballistic missile threat from Russia’s Bryansk Oblast, with explosions heard in the capital and air defenses actively engaging, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko.
