Ukraine’s SBU Security Service detained a 60-year-old woman in the western Ukrainian city of Khmelnytskyi suspected of working for Russia’s FSB Federal Security Service to install hidden “video traps” near military sites to guide air strikes on Ukrainian troops, the SBU reported on Feb. 9.
