FRANCE 24's Mark Owen speaks with Thibault Bruttin, Director General of Reporters Sans Frontières, about the sentencing of Hong Kong democracy advocate and media magnate Jimmy Lai. The 78-year-old was sentenced to 20 years in prison after being found guilty in December of conspiracy to collude with foreign forces and conspiring with others to publish seditious articles.
